These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “User”) and Provalidator (“Provalidator“, “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of https://provalidator.com (the “Site”) as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, digital service, Validator services, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto or provided by us (collectively, the “Services”).

BY USING THE WEBSITE AND/OR THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES.

PROVALIDATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO AMEND, CHANGE, MODIFY, ADD OR REMOVE PORTIONS OF THESE TERMS OF USE, AT ANY TIME. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THESE TERMS PERIODICALLY FOR CHANGES. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE WEBSITE AND/OR THE SERVICES FOLLOWING THE PUBLISHED UPDATES TO THE TERMS WILL MEAN THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THE CHANGES. AS LONG AS YOU AGREE AND COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS, PROVALIDATOR GRANTS YOU A PERSONAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, LIMITED PRIVILEGE TO ENTER AND USE THE WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES.

The information provided on the Site and our Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.

Our Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. People under the age of 18 are not permitted to use our Services or our Site.

2. Definitions

Blockchain
A distributed digital ledger not under the control of a single identifiable or discreet individual or entity, where accounts cannot be manipulated without providing a user’s private key.

Cryptocurrency
Refers to distributed, decentralized peer-to-peer digital currencies tracked by a Blockchain. This includes, but is not limited to, Ethereum, Aptos, Axelar, Babylon, Cosmos, Monad, Nillion.

User Data
All data, files, and information that User provides to Provalidator while using the Services. Users are responsible for their data, and Provalidator assumes no liability for loss or corruption.

User Funds
Cryptocurrencies controlled by User or delegated to Provalidator’s control but ultimately belonging to User.

Validator Rewards
All Cryptocurrency generated by operating Validator Nodes, including block rewards, endorser rewards, transaction fees, and other direct payments.

3. Our Responsibilities

3.1 Validation
Provalidator operates staking Validator Nodes to support decentralized Blockchain functioning, maintaining all hardware, software, and operational requirements.
Rewards are distributed proportionately among users who delegate Cryptocurrencies to support our Validators.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and bear full responsibility for your actions, including:

  • Delegation Decisions: You decide if and how much Cryptocurrency to delegate.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for paying any taxes related to Cryptocurrency activity.

  • Malicious Behavior: You must not harm our systems or attempt unauthorized actions.

  • Blockchain Risks: You acknowledge inherent blockchain risks such as 51% attacks or key compromise and waive claims against Provalidator.

You further represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

  • You will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • You are at least 18 years old.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and Services, including source code, databases, design, content, and trademarks, are proprietary and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.
Feedback or suggestions submitted to Provalidator become its sole property.

6. Third Party Websites and Content

Provalidator is not responsible for third-party websites or services linked to or from the Site.
You access such content at your own risk and should review their privacy and terms policies.

7. Site and Services Management

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor the Site and Services for violations.

  • Take legal action against violators.

  • Restrict, disable, or remove excessive or harmful content.

  • Manage the Site and Services to protect our rights and ensure proper functionality.

8. Modifications and Interruptions

We may modify or discontinue the Site or Services at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee continuous availability and are not liable for any downtime or loss caused by interruptions.

9. Disclaimer

The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Provalidator and its affiliates are not liable for damages, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or Services.
We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content provided.

10. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Provalidator.
We may assign rights and obligations at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if unsuccessful, by the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
All proceedings shall be conducted in English.
No claim may be brought more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose or could reasonably have been discovered.
